But what happens when they come home?

I've known and heard about those who suffer from PTSD and other stress-related symptoms. Anxiety. Depression. Panic Disorder. Anger. Fear. The list goes on. Sure, there are medications and therapy, and then, there's yoga.
Yoga can help. It's been researched. The proof is in the results.
